The Marine Zoology Unit participates in the Ph.D. Ph. D. Programme in Biodiversity that has received a Quality Mention from the Spanish Ministry of Education organized by the Cavanilles Institute.

In addition, different members of the unit are involved in the Ph. D. Programme in Marine Resources.
